MCBRIDE, Kathleen Marie - Of Flint, age 64, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023 surrounded with her family by her side.
A memorial service will be held 1pm Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Dan Chambers officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Kathleen was born in Flint, Michigan on January 31, 1959, the daughter of Dale E. McBride and Loretta J. (Hanson) Keyes. She graduated from Swartz Creek High School, Class of 1977. She loved gardening and attending to her flowers. She enjoyed her cats, going for walks, was very creative and enjoyed painting.
Surviving are her family, Kim Eckstein;
children, Jennifer Eckstein, Ian and wife Emily and Michael Eckstein;
grandchildren, Austin, Isabel, Lily, Brooklyn and Gabriel;
father, Dale and wife Rhona McBride;
mother, Loretta Keyes;
brother, Dennis McBride and wife Laurie;
sister, Diane and husband Chuck Rau;
and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and brother Mark.
