VILLAGOMEZ, Joseph A. "Papito" - Age 35, of Flint passed away September 22, 2023. Funeral services 12:00 PM Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Fr. Jay Gantz officiating. Visitation 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday, September 29, 2023, and 11:00 until the time of service on Saturday. Memorial Contributions in Joseph's memory would be appreciated to the family.
Joseph was born March 21, 1988, in Flint, the son of Joseph A. and Lisa M. (Bowman) Villagomez, Jr. He was employed as a roofer. Joseph was very artistic especially regarding tattoo art. Joey "Papito" Villagomez was a proud man that stood on his 4point. He was a brother, uncle, cousin, friend, grandson, and son...he took pride in being the protector of the people he considered to be family. He had demons just like everyone else, sadly they took his life. He loved his family, a proud member of the Cobras, he wasn't shy of who he was, he embraced what he was.
Joseph is survived by, his father Joseph A. (Diana Black) Villagomez,Jr.; his siblings, Marcos Villagomez, Sinclair (Tim) Gillmore, and Savanaha Gillmore; grandparents, Joseph and Kathern Villagomez, Sr.; grandfather, Bob Bowman; aunt, Brenda Villagomez; special nephews, Elijah, Marcos, Jr, and Caden; special niece, Aubriellah; fiancé, Felicia Lash.
