Larry Whalen, age 73, of Davison, MI passed away 12/9/21 in Bradenton, FL. Larry was born on 7/17/48 in Flint, MI to Billie and Dorothy Whalen. He graduated from Flint Central - Class of '66. He joined the Army before marrying Barbara Blight in '73. He retired from GM in '01.
Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved being the handyman for his family. Larry put a smile on everyone's face with his sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Survived by wife Barbara, children Brett Whalen, Ryan Whalen, and Holly Neal (Eric), grandkids Grant and Jillian Neal, brother Bill Whalen (Shirley), sister Gail Bunton (Jim), and nieces and nephews.
No services will be held. Cremation has taken place.
