Snider, Albert Henry- of Flint Michigan, age 87, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather passed away on August 23rd 2023. A Celebration of Life Service will be held September 9th 2023 at 3:00pm at The Sanctuary 7365 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, Michigan 48473. The family will receive visitors from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with service immediately following.
Albert was born in Flint Michigan on November 20th, 1935, son of the late Wilburn Arthur Snider and Florence Oleava Fisher-Snider. He was part of the first graduating class of Atherton High School and later served on the Atherton School Board. He married Thelma Ann Edmonds on March 20th 1954 and they had 7 children. He retired from GM in 1985.
Albert is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Thelma; 5 of their 7 children; Albert Snider Jr., Paul (Carol) Snider, Steve (Renae) Snider, Michelle Snider, Jeff (Stacia) Snider. 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his two children; Bruce Snider, and Rhonda Waite; his daughter-in-law Jill Snider; his two grandchildren, Michael and Tera Ledbetter; His parents and 4 of his 7 siblings.
