HANSON, JoAnn M. – Of Flint, age 74, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Stonegate Health Campus in Lapeer.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc,
Father Jonathan Perrotta officiating.
Cremation will take place following the Mass.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hanson will be at the church from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the Mass.
JoAnn was born in Flint, Michigan on January 5, 1941.
She graduated from Bendle School.
On March 7, 1959 she married Thomas Hanson.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
JoAnn enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking.
Surviving are husband, Thomas;
children, Debbie Stiff of Grand Blanc, Tom, Jr. and wife Whitney of Davison,
David and wife Cindy of Flint;
grandchildren, Brooke and husband Chris Migliaccio,
Tammy Hanson,
Ashley and husband David Lauritsen,
Lindsay and husband Matt Holt,
Logan, Morgan, Gavin, Madison, Chandler and Trennor;
10 great-grandchildren;
sister, Diane Crawford of Swartz Creek;
one niece, Amanda.
