Roseanna was born February 10, 1929, to Irving and Rose Anderson on her grandfather’s farm in Saranac, MI.
Roseanna graduated from Lapeer High School class of 1947. She married Edmund “Ed” Blue April 21,
1948.Roseanna liked to read, crochet and quilt. Over the past 15 years she crocheted lap blankets, usually 100 a year, for the Cancer Center, Veteran’s Hospital and Suncrest Care Facility. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge #136 over 50 years and Friends of the Library in Otisville. Roseanna was a long time member of Otisville Lions club and Lions Auxillary.
She is survived by daughters Karlene (Bruce) Johnson, Peggy Briggs, Lori (Steve) Conger, Thyra (Ray Russell) Utley, Valrie (Michael) Deal and Jenney Blue. Grandchildren Andrew (Heather) Johnson, Gregory (Deb) Johnson, Dustin (Mary) Ladd, Robert Ladd III, E.J. Conger, Nathan & Nickolas Utley, Mitchell Blue, Michael Deal II, Alyssa and Lila Bobolz. Great-Grandchildren Allison (Aaron) & Katelyn Johnson, Brooke and Hana Ladd, Alivia, Cora, Lewis & Mykala Utley. She was also special aunt to the children of the late Leon & Winnie Traver. She was preceded in death by her husband Ed Blue, her parents, 3 siblings, grandson Stephen Conger and son-in-law Bill Briggs.
The family will receive Visitors from 4-8 PM on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral
