William Dennis Gramer "Dennis", age 78 of Mt. Morris, passed away on January 26, 2023. Per his wishes, he has been cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held, Sunday May 28 at 10:30 AM at McFarlan Veterans Memorial Park, N. Saginaw Street, Flint. Military Honors will be 10AM Monday June 26 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dennis to McFarlan Veterans Memorial Park (c/o FOMP, Local 598, 3293 Van Slyke Road, Flint, Michigan 48506 or Hope Floats (6500 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, Michigan 48433).

He is survived by his sister, Shari Burdt of Swartz Creek and brothers, Gary (Lori) Gramer of Holland and Richard (Carole) Meredith of CA. Brother-in-law, Mark Ryan of PA and many nieces, nephews and countless number of friends..

Dennis was born on October 21, 1944 in Flint, Michigan to the late Harry Edward and Roberta Jane (Besson) Gramer. He attended Beecher High School before serving his country with the United States Navy. Dennis was a supporter, and advocate, for Veterans Programs and Animal Care and he was an avid sports fan who enjoyed golfing, traveling and his dog, Rea-Rea. He was a Board Member of McFarlan Veterans Memorial Park, Chapter Member of Vietnam Veterans of America, member of the American Legion in Grand Blanc and a lifetime member of the DAV - Genesee Chapter.

Mr. Gramer was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Roberta Gramer; sisters, Sondra Horwath and Shelly Ryan; brothers-in-law, Gary Horwath and Larry Burdt; step mom, Dorothy Gramer.
