Haven Grace was too perfect for this Earth. She was called home to Heaven before she was delivered July 30, 2021 at 38 weeks. Haven is extremely loved by her parents and family. She will be honored through those that love her and will live on in our hearts forever.
Visitation 12 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, until the time of the service.
Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home.
Pastor Tom Mattiuzzo officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
