LIGHFOOT, Allan A. – Of Flint, age 65, died Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Jackson Memorial Temple, 3155 West Carpenter Road, Flint, Pastor Kiemba Knowland officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Visitation 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Mr. Lightfoot will be at the church from 12 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service.
Allan was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 5, 1956, the son of Henry Brown and Ann Ball.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
On October 4, 1980 he married LaVeda Encalade.
He was a former member of St. George Bethel and was a current member of Jackson Memorial Temple.
Surviving are wife, LaVeda;
children, Natasha (Jeremy Ross) Lightfoot of Florida,
Alena Lightfoot of Texas and
Juanita Lightfoot of Flint;
grandchildren, Danielle Ross, Jayana Hart, Jaleah Hart and Torrence Ross;
sister, Carolyn Lightfoot of Flint;
brother, Robert Brown, Jr. of Detroit;
many nieces and nephews.
