Bark, Dale Junior -- Age 83 of Swartz Creek, died December 31, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday January 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road Swartz Creek. Fr. Robert Copeland Officiating. Burial at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Friday and 10 AM until time of service Saturday.
Dale was born February 1, 1932 in Barryton, Michigan the son of George W. and Vera A. (St. John) Bark. He married Irene Elizabeth Alcorn on June 16, 1951 in Flint. He was retired from Goyette Mechanical as a Plumber/Pipefitter. He was a member of the Local 370 Plumber Pipefitters Association.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Irene Bark of Swartz Creek; 3 daughters, Vicky (John) Lloyd of Corunna, Terry Richey of Vernon, Ricky (Ron) Casto of Durand; 9 grand children; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Richard Bark of Flushing; sisters, Carolyn (Richard) Monroe of Dewitt, Linda (Marsden) Antcliff of Barryton; several nieces and nephews, and his precious dog Tinker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janice Bongard.
