Marcy Sue Eddy, age 51, of Flint, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Marcy was born on January 16, 1972, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Richard and Thelma Hughes. She graduated from Durand High School in 1992. Marcy was employed by Meijer in Mundy Township for 33 years, she was hardworking and a caring coworker. Marcy was a loving mother and wife. She loved to spend time with her family, her husband Delmar and her daughter Marla. Marcy was a very selfless person.She was always thinking of others and putting everyone else's needs before her own. Marcy loved animals and all things nature, she was full of life and spunk. She was our modern day "Wonder Woman" and she will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband; Delmar Eddy, daughter; Marla Hughes, siblings; Rick ( Deb) Hughes, Cindy Bombe, Richard (Deb) Hughes, Penny ( James) Neddermeyer, Tracy Pratt, Amy (James) Deloney. In- laws Renea ( Leon) Trimble, Trisha McCann and Ford (Trish) Eddy.
Marcy is preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Thelma Hughes and in- laws; Delmar Sr. and Lucinda Eddy.
Visitation for Marcy will be held Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 11:00am- 2:00pm at Brown Funeral Home 1480 E. Hill Road Grand Blanc Michigan 48439 with funeral service following at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Eddy family towards funeral services.
