Keeler, Judith of Flushing, age 82, died peacefully, Sunday, March 3, 2024, at her home with family at her side. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at Rossell Funeral Home, 307 E. Main St., Flushing MI. Pastor Ruth VanderSande will officiate. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Judith was born in Flint, Michigan on April 3, 1941, the daughter of Donna (Carnahan) and Millard Birdsall. Judith married Earnest C. Keeler on May 31, 1958. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2018, after 60 years of marriage. She was a very devoted wife and took great pride in her kids and grandchildren, they were her life. Judith worked as a Pharmacy Tech for more than 30 years at Rite Aid in Flushing. She enjoyed taking walks with Ernie along the Flushing Trail with her shelties. Family will always remember her favorite parting line, “You be careful.”
Judith is survived by her six children, Earnest C. Keeler Jr. (Christine Beels), Rick (Cathy) Keeler, Bill Keeler, Pam (Tony) Osgood, Steve (Melody) Keeler, and Debbie Day; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Patricia Weeks; brothers, Roy (Margaret) Birdsall, Thomas (Linda) Carnahan; and sister, Teresa Waltz. She was preceded in death by three sisters.
