Phillip Lee Strickland
Age 65, of National City, Michigan a former resident of Swartz Creek, Michigan died at his home on November 23, 2020. He was born the son of Carol Edward and Peggy R. (Wineman) Strickland on November 23, 1955 in Flint, Michigan. Phillip retired from General Motors after many years of working on the line. He enjoyed fishing, wood working and riding his motorcycle. Phillip is survived by his former wife Sherrie (Moore) Strickland and his children; Chad Strickland of Flushing, Michigan and Shannon (Cristian Gilbert) Strickland of Goodrich , Michigan; his brother, Jeffrey Strickland of Lake Fenton, Michigan and his sister Linda (Kenneth) James of Swartz Creek; granddaughter Taylor Strickland; nieces and nephews, Randall James, Kayla Burwell, Ashley Diener, Tyler Hamilton and Lana Cole. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Garrett James. A family celebration will be held at a later date. Condolences may be shared at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com |
