Nancy Hope Bragg, age 68, of Flint, Michigan, passed away on May 17, 2026, in Fenton, Michigan. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 27, at Emmanuel Church – Grand Blanc Campus, 2112 E. Maple Ave., Flint, MI 48507. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Pastor Brandon Robertson will officiate. In lieu of Flowers, please make donations to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Nancy was born on January 20, 1958, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Edward M. Werbe and Winona R. Hepler. She attended and graduated from Southwestern High School. Nancy married the love of her life, Ralph Bragg, on June 16, 2001, in Clio, Michigan. She was a faithful member of Emmanuel Church for over 30 years and was involved in many church activities. Nancy lovingly helped with funeral dinners, decorated tables, and assisted with numerous special events through the church community. In her younger years, Nancy worked as a receptionist for Werby EEG Laboratories. She was an avid photographer, artist-painter, bird & dog lover.
She rarely left home without her two beloved poodles. She loved cruises and traveling. Ralph and Nancy traveled extensively throughout the United States. One of their favorite memories was visiting the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, where they dressed and attended the “Somewhere in Time” weekend event with Jane Seymour. Nancy treasured the time she spent with her husband, her two dogs, and her bird.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Ralph Bragg; sister, Leesa (Rick) Silverman; brother, Louis (Eve) Werbe; several nieces and nephews; cousins; aunts and uncles; and sister-in-law, Sharrel Caldwell. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Werbe; and sister, Janice Werbe.
