Dotson, Ronald Eugene - Age 81, of Fenton, died January 25, 2024. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be held 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Ronald was born March 17, 1942 in Hurley, Virginia, the son of Leonard and Minnie (Coleman) Dotson. Ronald graduated from Hurley High School. Ronald served in the United States Air Force. He retired from General Motors in 2007 after many years working as an Oiler. Ronald was an avid golfer, he loved watching sports but mostly he loved watching his children and grandchildren's sporting events.. He also loved spending time with his family, taking walks and doing yard work. Surviving are: Sons, Ronald (Theresa) Dotson, Kevin Dotson, Sean Dotson, Jason Dotson; nine grandchildren, Michael, Jordan, Thomas, Madeline, Marlee, Noah, Luke, Sadie, Caleb; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Thea; siblings, Larry, Paul, Jimmy, Roger, Judy, Jean, Carol, and Linda; and several nieces and nephews.
