Agnes Regina "Regina" Ignace, of Grand Blanc, passed away on December 25, 2020 at 82 years of age.
Adored wife of the late Daniel; beloved mother of Bridget (the late Bob) Charlesworth, Debbie (Paul) Harworth, Kim (John) O' Mara, Dan (Dana) Ignace, and Mike Ignace; proud grandmother of Andrew (Jen) Charlesworth, Kristi Harworth, PJ Harworth, Nic Harworth, Sean O'Mara, Shane O'Mara, Paige Ignace, Ashley Ignace, and Jessie Ignace; great-grandmother of Chase Charlesworth; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Regina was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Martin Daly and John Daly.
Regina was born on March 20, 1938 in Flint to Martin and Anna Daly. She married Daniel on May 7, 1960. They were married for 52 years until his passing on September 21, 2012. Regina was an active and longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Red Hat Society, and in the Senior Olympics as a Bocce Ball player. She was a recipient of the 'Golden Apple" award for her loyal service at Mott Community College, where she retired from.
The family will greet friends from 3:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday, December 29 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw Rd., Grand Blanc. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30am on Wednesday, December 30 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc. In State from 10:00am until time of Mass at 10:30am. Interment following at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In accordance with state and local mandates, facial coverings must be worn at the funeral home and at church; social distancing and occupancy limitations will also be enforced.
