Krystal was born in Flint, Michigan on August 2, 1983, the daughter of Steven and Jeannine (Wheeler) Boling. She was a graduate of Kearsley High School, Class of 2001 and later received her bachelor’s degree from U of M-Flint. She met Bryan Reagan while bowling at Nightingale Lanes. They were married on December 28, 2012. They both loved tennis and bowling, and bowled in many leagues together.
Krystal’s boys, Logan and Ryan, were the light of her life. She loved her life as a baseball and soccer mom. She never missed a game and was often seen riding bikes or in the golf cart with them. She and Bryan were always outside with the boys.
Her family was so important to her. Krystal shared a wonderful bond and a great friendship with her mom, dad and her sister, Kayla. Her family surrounded her in prayers and love to the end.
Krystal dedicated herself to Catholic education. She was not only the 5th grade teacher, but for 17 years she has been one who goes above and beyond to run Student Council, Halloween dances, Fun Fair and Superdraw. She brought the fun for the St. Robert School community. Her students remember the wax museum, math games and her constant smile and laughter. She was a teacher who could make math fun and make it understandable.
She loved 80’s music, 80s events, Halloween, and the color purple. Krystal had a strong faith and a strong connection to her family. She loved her dogs, Rocky, Lucy, and Sadie.
Krystal is survived by her husband, Bryan; sons, Logan and Ryan; parents, Steven and Jeannine Boling; grandmother, Phyllis Wheeler; sister, Kayla and her husband Kirby Austin; father-in-law, Carl Reagan; brother-in-law, Chris Reagan; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends and her St. Robert School family. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Jacqueline Boling; maternal grandfather, William Wheeler; and mother-in-law, Susan Zimmer.
The family would like to thank Stephanie at Heartland Hospice. Krystal felt the love and support of so many during these last few months. She and her family felt surrounded by prayers, support and compassion and her family is truly grateful. Your kindness will always be remembered.
