EX, Roger Dale – of Davison, MI, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Interment will take place following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-1 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Allen Funeral Home.
Roger was born in Burton, MI on September 7, 1939, son of the late Leo and Eleanor (Busch) Ex. He married June VanOrder on August 12, 1965. Roger was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 1959. He worked for GM in the Fisher Body Plant #1 as a painter, and later transferred to the Truck Bus Assembly Plant where he retired. Roger had a fondness for antiques and enjoyed visiting auction sites. Most of all, Roger loved his family and he will be greatly missed.
Roger is survived by his wife, June Ex; 2 sons, Larry (Janet) Ex and Kevin (fiancée, Heather) Ex; daughter, Amy Ex; 4 grandchildren, Nathan, Carrie, Heather and Melissa; 2 great-grandchildren, Ashlynn and Ian; brother, Darwin (Audrey) Ex; many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Eleanor Ex.
