GREER, Gerrie Ann – of Burton, MI, age 81, passed away on June 21, 2022. A Funeral Service be held 3 PM Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Bishop Jerry W. Pruett officiating. Interment will take place following the service in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 12 PM until the time of service on Tuesday June 28, 2022. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the All About Animals Rescue or to the Humane Society of Genesee County, in Gerrie’s memory.
Gerrie was born in Flint, MI on November 24, 1940, daughter of the late John and Geraldine (Stoddard) Rau. She married Edward Greer on April 7,1962. He preceded her in death on December 15, 2012. Gerrie liked eating out with her girlfriends, Joyce Lovejoy and Joyce Decker, along with Davison Free Methodist Primetimers. She enjoyed her flower gardens, reading and doing puzzles.
Gerrie is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth (Patty) Greer and Mike (Aleta) Medich; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, John (Rhonda) Rau; and many other loving family members and friends.
