Sparks, David Michael - Age 77, of Mount Morris died January 21, 2021. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in the Summer of 2021. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. David was born November 8, 1943 in Holly, Michigan, the son of Wilbur and Pearl (Schwartz) Sparks. David was a 1962 graduate of Fenton High School. He worked at Hamady Grocers, Mansour's Markets, and Denny's Supermarket as a butcher. He went on to work as a custodian at Mt. Morris Schools until he retired. During retirement, Dave enjoyed helping his friend, Jim Pender, with the Mt Morris girls volleyball programs. Surviving are his children, Amy Renee Chrisner of Dexter, A.J. (Danielle) Sparks of Grand Blanc, and Adam (Jessica) Sparks of Mt. Morris; grandchildren, Peyton, Paige, Landon, Lance, Ty, Natalie, Zachary, and Mallory; brother, James (Barbara) Sparks of Arizona; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sarah Sparks in 1999; and sister, Cherrille Bauer. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
