FLER (GARDNER) (TAYLOR), Dorothy May – Born in Baldwin, Michigan, age 75, died Sunday, June 5, 2022 at McLaren-Flint.
Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Anchor Community Free Will Baptist Church, 3284 Hemphill Road, Burton, MI 48529.
Those desiring may make contributions to American Humane Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Visitation 1 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the church.
Dorothy was born in Reed City, Michigan on February 28, 1947, the daughter of Emerson and Mary (Coblensz) Gardner.
Her passions included traveling, reading, pets and grandchildren.
Dorothy was employed by AC Spark Plug, working from 1971 – 1988.
Surviving are sons, Daniel K. Taylor, Jr. and Lyle Taylor;
daughter, Shannon Taylor-Black;
grandchildren, Daniel, Joshua, Haley, Hannah, Laney, Lydia and Declan;
great-grandchildren, James, Aaliyah, Daniel to be arriving;
brother, Bruce Gardner.
She was preceded in death by parents, husbands, Daniel K. Taylor and Bill Fler; brothers, Sonny and Joe Gardner.
