FIGA, Thomas – of Clio, formerly of West Bloomfield, age 61, died Sunday, July 16, 2023, at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Thomas was born November 7, 1961, in Pontiac, to Mitchell “Mike” and Judy (Campbell) Figa. After receiving his high school diploma, Thomas attended Oakland University where he earned his certificate in Computer Assisted Automotive Design. He worked for General Motors until his retirement in June 2023. In his spare time, Tom liked to go golfing. He enjoyed his morning coffee and conversations with his buddies Alex, Bob, and Jim. Tom was a wonderful husband, father, and dear friend who will be missed.
Thomas is forever loved by his wife, Peggy Odette; Daughter, Brandi Odette; Grandson, Cai Cimini; Mother, Judy Figa; Siblings: Tim (Mary Margaret) Campbell, Jackie (John) Rapacki, and Jane (Tim) Kennedy; Nieces and nephews: Nick, Lindsey, Dean, Julianne, Jackson, and Allison. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Mike Figa; Sister, Michelle Palachek.
