LA ROSE, James “Jim” – of New Port Richey, Florida, formerly of Bridgeport and Bentley, Michigan, age 78, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, in Florida. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A committal service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Those wanting to attend the committal service for Jim, please arrive at the cemetery at 10:50AM on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may plant a tree in honor of Jim.
