Margaret Ann French, age 89, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. She was born on August 4,1935 in Flint, Michigan, daughter of the late Mitchell Solak and Pansy McLoud. Margaret enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time at the cabin in Glennie, playing bingo and going to casinos. Cooking and sharing meals with her family was her favorite thing do. Margaret was well loved by her children and grandchildren, she will be missed dearly. She is survived by her children; Ronald French, Bradley French, Sheila ( Michael) Duckworth and Karla (Michael) Mancini, grandchildren; Rachel Brown, Jacob Brown, Holly Mlynek, Kaleb Brown, Taylor Duckworth, Lindsay Duckworth, Khloe Mancini and Giuseppe Mancini, great-grandchildren; Olivia, Sophie, Sterling and Roman. She is preceded in death by her husband; Lenus French, daughters; Peggy French and Janet Brown.
A graveside committal service for Margaret will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Thetford Cemetery, 4014 East Vienna Rd, Clio, MI 48420. |
