Wiltsie, John- of Genesee, age 77, died Monday, February 14, 2022, at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 12PM Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 11AM until time of service.
John was born February 26, 1944, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Alvin and Elizabeth (Hurry) Wiltsie. He worked for General Motors for 30 plus years as a set up man. John graduated from Mt. Morris High School with the class of 1962. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and visiting the casino. John loved to share his stories of past life experiences, and adventures he went on. Above all he will be missed by many.
Surviving are: Daughters: Marie (Christopher) Hunt, Theresa (Todd) Thurlow; Son: Matt (Emily) Wiltsie; Grandchildren: Christopher (Jacqueline) Hunt Jr, Torey Thurlow, Ty Thurlow, Jacob Wiltsie, Julia Wiltsie and Sean Wiltsie; Great grandchildren: Cash Gilder and Alexis Gilder; Sister: Shirley Belcher. He was preceded in passing by his former wives: Rita Wiltsie who passed in 2009, and Vernia Wiltsie who passed in 2020; sister: Elizabeth Seniff; brother: Alvin Wiltsie Jr; brother-in-law: George Seniff; granddaughter: Desiree Gilder.
