MORENO, Marta Dolores– of Davison, MI, age 71, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at her residence. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 10 AM Friday, March 25, 2022 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Deacon Michael Dear officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 2 PM and 4-7 PM on Thursday. A Rosary will be prayed at 6 PM on Thursday. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Friday.
Marta was born in Sabinal, Texas on August 9, 1950, daughter of the late Aurora and Birjilio Salinas. She married Aurelio Moreno on June 6, 1970 in Flint, Michigan. Marta enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Marta is survived by her husband, Aurelio Moreno; daughter, Lisa Griswold (Joe Cumby); sons, Wally (Carrie) Moreno and Matthew Moreno; grandchildren, Hannah Griswold, Jack Griswold and Austin Moreno; brothers, Bill (Margaret), Roberto and Arturo Salinas; and many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ernesto Salinas.
