GREGORY, Timothy Bruce – of Clio, age 68, died Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Hurley Medical Center. Honoring Timothy’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Tim was born June 11, 1953 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Toffan and Birdie (Edwards) Gregory. He grew up in Clio, Michigan and graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1972. On October 19, 1985 he married Catherine Panek in Clio, Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 2008, Tim worked for GM in Material and was Forklift Driver with 38 ½ years of service. He was a member of the UAW Local 598. Tim enjoyed woodworking and was an outstanding electrician. He played baseball in his younger years with the Flint Indians. Tim would help anyone in need and you could always count on him. He never met a stranger and always made people smile. Tim loved spending time with his family on his porch with a cup of coffee for everyone. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and a father figure to many.
Surviving are: Wife of 35 years, Catherine Gregory; Children, Amber (Joshua) Stevens, Ryan Gregory, Brandon (Brittany) Gregory, Sarah O’Connor; Grandchildren, Trentin Gregory, Jack Stevens, LeRoy Stevens, Greyson Gregory, Calleigh Edie; Siblings, Harry (Theresa) Gregory, James (Cheryl) Gregory; Special Aunt, Cathy Foutch; Close Brother in laws, David, Kevin and Randy Panek; several nieces, nephews and cousins; Close Friends, Joe Stevens, George Draheim; He was preceded in death by his Parents; Brother, Wendle Gregory; Sisters, Carla Carmer, Sue Gregory.
