II Reid, Charles W. – of Clio, age 57, lost his fight with the Storm of Life and the Good Lord called him home on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at his dad’s home surrounded by family and friends. Honoring his wishes cremation will take place. Service is being deferred to the summer for a “Celebration of Life for Charles.”
Charles was born July 13, 1964, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Charles and Alice (Vorhies) Reid. He was a driver for MTA and also drove limos. Charles worked for Auto Zone delivering auto parts. He enjoyed playing disc golf with his nephews and playing corn hole. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved his jazz and blues music. He loved his left-handed cigarette almost as much as he loved his red label 100’s. Chuck always asked, “WHATS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE?”
Surviving are: Daughter: Gabriella Conklin, Son: Matthew Reid; Parents: Charles (Patti) Reid, Bob Moore; Brothers: Darrin (Shelly) Reid, Richard (Robynn) Reid, John (Robin) Reid and Darrell Stamm II; Sisters: Michelle (Damon) Irwin and Starr (Jason) Doering; his cats Jake and Elwood; Special nephews and nieces; Special friends and family to many list. He was preceded in passing by his mother Alice (Vorhies) Reid and his grandparents. The family would like to thank Nicole with Hospice through AAHHC and O’Guinn funeral home for their outstanding service and care.
