DAMOTH, DELORES M. – Of Swartz Creek, age 94, died Thursday, November 9, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Genesee County Animal Shelter.
Visitation 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Delores was born in Bentley, Michigan on December 16, 1928, the daughter of the late Wellington A. and Mary M. (Musselman) Damoth.
She loved gardening, her flowers and traveling. Most of all she loved her family. Delores was employed by GM for 38 years, with the hourly Payroll Department, retiring in 1989.
Surviving are sister, Nancy G. Damoth;
3 generations of loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, William A. and Theodore J. Damoth; 2 sisters, Jeanette Loasching and Patricia E. Visnaw.
