WILLIAMS, Debra – of Montrose, age 68, died Monday, January 30, 2023, at Majestic Care Assisted Living. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Debra was born November 3, 1954, in Saginaw, to the late William and Donna (Hobson) Richter. She attended Montrose Community Schools and delivered newspapers for the Flint Journal during her younger years. Debra was a member of the Old Bethel Baptist Church in Flushing and the Lions Club in Montrose. Like most of her family, Debra enjoyed bowling and listening to music – especially Kenny Rodgers. She often traveled to Rollways Campground in Hale to go camping with family and explore the surrounding areas. Debra was a tranquil woman who loved to chill and always appreciated the little things in life.
Debra is forever loved by her children: David (Tracy) Richter of Burt, Brett (Crystal) Ranville of Birch Run, Bobby Ranville of Swartz Creek, and Steven (Rachelle) Ranville of Essexville; Grandchildren: Skye, Logan, Hannah, Grace, Lillian, Xavier, and Jameson; Siblings: Ken (Dovey) Richter, Vicky (Randy) Young, Mike (Jeanette) Richter, Mark Richter, and Reva Richter. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Borgert; Father, William Richter; Stepfather, Junior Borgert; Stepmother, Shirley Richter; Brothers: Bill and Keith Richter; Sister, Jean Ann Gutowski. |
