Age 55 of Goodrich, MI passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
James was born July 7, 1969 in Flint, the son of James (Ann) Willingham and Bonnie (Phipps) Kononchuk.
He graduated from Goodrich High School. Shortly after graduation James enlisted in The United States Army and proudly served during Operation Desert Storm.
James was a man whose life was a melody of rock and roll. His love for music was only rivaled by his love for his family.
James is survived by his Children, Jessica (Steven) Myers and Anthony Willingham; Grandchildren, Bodie, Sonny, Bannon, and Kason; Father, James E. Willingham I; Mother, Bonnie (Phipps) Kononchuk; Step-Father, John (Mary) Kononchuk; Brothers, Bill Willingham and John (Rochelle) Kononchuk; Sisters, Stacey (Brady) Swartz, Denise (Phillip) Northup and Theresa Owens (Darvin Beach); Faithful friend, Ron Brasseur and other loving family and friends.
He was predeceased by his Grandparents.
There will be a private family ceremony held. |
