Barbara Jane Bernard, age 89 of Mt. Morris, MI passed away September 12, 2021 at her residence. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church, 4222 N. Elms Rd., Flushing, MI 48433. Family will receive visitors from 9 am until service at 11 am. Pastor Ron Scott officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Barbara was a long time member of 28 years at Trinity Baptist Church. She loved the Lord with all her heart, was a prayer warrior and put the Lord first in her life. Barbara taught Sunday School, child evangelism, was a member of the Ladies Bible study and helped in the nursery at the church. She loved to sing hymns with her cousin and daughter. She is survived by her son Michael (Lori) Bernard, daughters Peggy (Dennis) Kurtz, Pam Clifford, 9 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Dexter, daughter Marjorie Carriveay and Kenneth Bernard.
