Myron W. Cummings
Age 62 of Owosso passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at his home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church, Monday,
March 31, 2014 at 10am with Fr. Tom Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Home on Saturday from 4 to 8pm and on Sunday from 12noon until 8pm with a rosary prayed at 5pm.
Myron was born May 18, 1951 in Saginaw, the son of Wayne A. and Ludon (Thompson) Cummings.
He graduated from Buena Vista High School, class of1969 and earned a Bachelor Degree from Michigan State University in 1973.
Myron was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, the Nash Car Club, the Durant Club, and member and Master Judge for the AACA (Antique Auto Club of America).
He married Teressa Cantu in Owosso on December 11, 1976.
Myron was a manager of Antcliff Windows since 1972.
He is survived by his wife Teressa; children Martina (Tony) Valdez, Myron D Cummings and Roger (Laurel) Cummings; Father Wayne Cummings, sister Doris (Gary) Miller and Cheryl (Tim) Lachcik; 5 grandchildren; Adrian, Marina, and Rosalin Hall and Brendan and Brady Cummings.
Myron was predeceased by his mother Ludon, mother in law Isabelle Cantu,
and father in law Joe Cantu.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
