SCHULTZ, Christina L. (Pettit) - Of Grand Blanc, age 59, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 9, 2020 at home.
Christina was born in Flint on February 17, 1960, the daughter of Gerald and Frankie (Hayes) Pettit. She grew up in Burton graduating from Bendle High School, Class of 1978. Christina also graduated from Mr. David’s Cosmetology School. She loved scrapbooking, baking and decorating cakes, gardening, and most of all, spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Surviving are husband, Lavern Schultz;
Children, Robert (Diane) Taylor of Virginia, Joseph (Joanie) Taylor of Flint, Matthew Taylor and Makayla Schultz of Grand Blanc, Esther (Jeremy) Kalinauskas, Shana Schultz and Jerry Schultz;
18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild;
Father, Gerald Pettit of Florida;
Sister, Patty Richardson;
Brother, Gerald Pettit;
And many in-laws, nieces, nephews and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Frankie Pettit and great-grandson, Dominick.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial visitation will be held 1-4pm Thursday, February 13, 2020 at VFW Hall, 2260 S. Belsay Road, Burton, Michigan.
