CANDELA, Christopher Paul Candela, age 78, of North Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Goodrich, MI, died October 16, 2023 at home with family by his side. He was born October 20, 1944 in Detroit, MI to Nicholas and Grace (Oliveri) Candela. Chris retired from GM-Buick after 32 years and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Vince Candela and Joe Candela, his sisters, Petroneila Battaglia, Mona Tucker, Mary Wyckoff and Florence Siopes. Christopher is survived by his wife, Nancy (McDonald) Candela; children, Kimberly Duker, Kathryn Candela and husband, Jason Henson, Christopher (LaTasha) Candela, Jr.; 3 grandchildren, Zach, Isabella and Christopher, III; 2 great-grandchildren, Grayson and Oliver.
