MORGAN, Jeromey Dale – of Flint, MI, age 51, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Family Community Church of the Nazarene, 5366 South State Road, Goodrich, MI 48438; Pastor Gary Loudermilk officiating. The family will receive visitors 2-7 PM Monday, December 21, 2020 at Family Community Church of the Nazarene. Inurnment will take place in Spring 2021. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or to the American Lung Association, in Jeromey’s memory.
Jeromey was born in Flint, MI on April 28, 1969, son of Dale Morgan and Lillian Cates. He was employed with Standard Electric Company as an outside salesman. Jeromey married Kathy Coughlin on November 11, 1995 in Flint, MI. He enjoyed camping, singing, golfing, watching General Hospital, bowling and coaching. Above all, Jeromey enjoyed spending time with his wife, his daughters and all his friends and second families.
Jeromey is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kathy Morgan; 2 daughters, Haleigh (Kasey) Meyers and Brandi Morgan; father, Dale (Pat) Morgan; mother, Lillian (Dana) Cates; 2 brothers, Michael Morgan and Greg Morgan; sister, Jessica (Eric) Pine; father-in-law, Duane Coughlin; 2 brothers-in-law, Scott (Staci) Coughlin and Steve (Kathy) Coughlin; grandma, Marilyn (John) Pittsley; special friend, Ryan Brueckner; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and mother-in-law, Deborah Anderson.
The family would like to extend a very sincere thank you to the physicians at Genesee Lung Associates and the nurses at Ascension Genesys Hospital, especially Samantha, Lisa and Christian, for their compassionate and professional care of Jeromey.
