Age 79, of Flint, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025. A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Martin Funeral, Cremation and Tribute Services, 1194 E. Mt. Morris Road, Mt. Morris, Michigan. Pastor Dale Lewis to officiate with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Family will be present to receive friends Monday, February 3, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and again on Tuesday, February 4, from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Sandra’s tribute wall at martinfuneralhome.com.
Sandra Kay Pease was born on February 21, 1945, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas and Harriett (Lasley) Seeback. Educated locally, Sandra graduated from Mt. Morris High School. She met and married the love of her life, Ronald Joseph Pease on January 16, 1965, in Mt. Morris. The two met at the big rock while attending school in Mt. Morris. Their marriage would be blessed with five beautiful children, to whom Sandra cherished dearly. Sadly, Ron preceded her in death on November 18, 2020 after 55 years of marriage.
Devoted in her faith, Sandra was a longtime member of the North Flushing Baptist Church. In her free time, she would find many ways to keep herself busy. Sandra loved bowling, cooking, and gardening. She also was fond of crafting and crocheting. Most of all, Sandra loved spending time with her family. She would always be found surrounding herself with family at various gatherings and cookouts.
Left to cherish her memory are her four children: Kenneth and wife, Tina Pease, Shelley and husband, Rusty Goode, Douglas and wife, Isabella Pease, and Brian Pease; her brother: Douglas Seeback; her sister: Carol Matzke; her half-sister: Janice Joan and husband, Amos Rinks; her 14 grandchildren; as well as many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son: Ronron; and her grandson: Ronnie Joe. |
