PERKINS, Craig William - Age 76, of Swartz Creek, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022. Per Craig's request cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, 2300 Lapeer Road, Flint, MI 48503.
Craig was born April 17, 1946 in Flint, the son of Audley E. and Dorothy M. (Russell) Perkins. He was a 1964 graduate of Swartz Creek High School and received a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University. He was employed as a Stock Broker and Floor Trader for the Chicago Board of Trade. He also owned and operated the Ohio Barn Company. He enjoyed reading, woodworking, hunting and the outdoors. He was also an avid Star Trek follower.
Surviving are: his son, Craig Perkins, Jr. of Saginaw; daughter, Amy Perkins of Evanston, IL; granddaughters, Alice and Anna Tucci; brother, Russell (Elena) Perkins of Swartz Creek; nieces, Eileen (Kevin Vogt) McGaffigan of Swartz Creek and Lynn (Michael) TenHarmsel of Lowell.
