FOX, RONALD – of Flint, Michigan, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the age of 83. Private interment will take place in Rich Township Cemetery.
Ronald was born in Caro, Michigan on October 23, 1942. He was immensely proud of his service in the Army and his 39-year career at Buick, where he worked as a skilled tool and die maker. His strong work ethic, prevision, and dedication were hallmarks of both his professional life and his character. Outside of work, Ronald found great joy in old cars and tractors. He had a deep appreciation for craftmanship and mechanics, and he loved admiring, and talking about classic machinery – interests that reflected his hands-on natura and lifelong curiosity.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Brenda; his daughter, Karen (Mike); and his son, Eric. He was a proud grandfather to grandson, Brian, and granddaughters: Tabitha and Sydni (Austin), and a cherished great grandfather to Aubree. He is also survived by his sister, Paula; brother, Alan (Susan); and his sisters-in-law, Kimmy and Lori; brother-in-law, Randy; and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves his beloved dog, Gracie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Cathyrn Fox; and son, Terry.
Ronald will be remembered for his steady presence, his love of family, and the pride he took in a life well lived. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
