LITTLE, Elaine Frances - of Mt. Morris, MI, age 86 died Monday September 13, 2021
A memorial service will be held at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road on Friday September 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of service. Rev. Father Roy will officiate with internment at Mt. Morris Cemetery.
Elaine was born January 11, 1935 to Austin J. and Marie A. (Youmans) Herrick. She was a graduate of St. Marys High School in 1953. She was united in marriage to Dale L. Little on May 17, 1958, at SS Charles and Helena Catholic Church in Clio .She was a devoted member of St. Marys Parish Church of Mt. Morris for over 60 years. Elaine loved the Lord and her church. She lived her life for her children and her husband with the utmost devotion. She worked as a teller, a school teacher’s aide and a hostess, always helping everyone with a penchant.
Elaine is survived by her children: Brenda Scriber, of N.C.; Matthew Little, of Flint; Leslie (Tamara) Little, of Swartz Creek and Laurie (Joe) Williams, of Burton; Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren; Sara McPhearson and her son Marley; Scott (Heather) Little and their children, Brady and Claire; Brent (Amy) Little and their children, Brianna and Arnold; Joshua (Nicki) Torres and their son, Luke; Jonathan (Elizabeth) Torres and their children, Mia and Gian; Taylor Williams and her children Luna and Maeve; Joey (Sierra) Williams and their children, Brayden and Landen, Dalton Williams and his daughter Presley. Sister; Jeanne (Tom) Haddorff, of CA; Sister in Law; Judy (Roger) Morgan of FL; daughter-in-law; Ruthann (Little) Kocinski and her children Mitch and Kate; her special fur baby companion, Bailey. Very Special Lifelong Friends; Rosemary Stacey and Ellen Allen “Three Pea's in a Pod” and numerous nieces and nephews whom she cherished dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dale in 2004, her son Brian Little in 2014, her parents, 7 brothers, and 4 sisters. Special thanks to Grand Blanc Fields and Kindred Hospice for the loving care and support.
