SMITH, ELIJAH THOMAS – age 2, died Sunday, May 21, 2023 in Florida.
Visitation 11 a.m. and Funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Dwight Rottiers officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Elijah was born in on September 27, 2020. Elijah loved life, kisses, Kiki his dog, dancing with bubbles while listening to Jelly Roll and Jesus Loves Me, building and knocking down blocks, reading time, food, bath time, outdoors, loud trucks, dinosaurs and face time with family. He also loved his spaghetti, picked beets, snacks in his chair and brushing his teeth. Elijah touched all lives he came in contact with.
Surviving are dad and mom, Jimmy and Heather Arwood;
siblings, Keegan Sands, Ethan Marvel and Chloe Sands;
step-sisters and brother, Lily Arwood, Keeley Furister and Gage Cassetty;
special uncle, Eric Sands;
special friends, Megan and her daughter, Harper;
grandparents, Paul Sands, Thomas and Teresa Frye;
several dozen aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins;
and honorable mention, Nana;
Gramma Sparkles, Tina Arwood, Chris and Amanda Arwood, special cousin Ryland, Mo and Roe;
biological father, Ryan Smith and Dedra;
step-siblings, Colton, Sophia, Brayden, Dominique, Gage, and Dade;
niece, Saylor; Shannon and Jason Donley and James Lawrence;
best-friend, Justin Baricska;
grandparents, Jeff and Vicki Smith, Rick and Sheila Lopez;
