POWELL, Deanna Lynn – of Montrose, age 57, died Monday, March 1, 2021 at her residence. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Deanna was born August 10, 1963 in Flint, Michigan to Maurice and Phyllis (McCumber) Stoutenberg. She grew up in Montrose, Michigan and graduated from Montrose High School with the class of 1981. Deanna worked for the Greenery as a waitress for several years. She enjoyed boating, camping, and going up north to have a good time. However, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Children, Jill (Cory) Powell, Chad (Sara) Powell; Grandchildren, Christopher Belll, Ava Bell, Carson Powell; Mother, Phyllis Stoutenberg; sister, Marsha (Tim) O’Leary; Niece, Jamie 9William) Taylor; Nephew, Nick (Tina) Moyer; Great Niece, Kailynn Taylor; Great Nephew, Nickolas Moyer; Cousin, Karen (Jeff) Murdock; Special Friends, Peggy Jajey, Darlene Carmon, Teresa Keeler.
