JACKSON, Robert Michael - Of Grand Blanc, age 73, died Saturday, July 23, 2022 at his residence.
Per Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Robert was born in Saginaw, Michigan on August 19, 1948, the son of the late Robert and Catherine (Slabaugh) Jackson. Robert graduated from Saginaw Arthur Hill and received his Master’s Degree from Nova University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. On August 18, 1979, Robert married Linda Johnson in Flint. Robert loved painting, music, and belonged to different bands throughout his life. He retired from Owosso Memorial in healthcare. Robert also loved spending time with his family.
Surviving are wife, Linda;
Children, Paula (Bubba) Bracken, Erik (Lisa) Ward, Michael (Corrin) Jackson and Matthew (Samantha) Jackson;
Grandchildren, Nicole (Kenyada) Dent, Trevor Ward and fiancee Kylie, Blake Ward, Evelyn Jackson and Dominic Jackson;
Great-grandchildren, Adrian Barr, Kiara Dent and Kyren Dent;
Sister-in-law, Jeanne (David) Wright;
And several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his in-laws, John and Dora Johnson, grandpa and grandma Slabaugh, who helped raise Robert.
