Dale Gary MacGregor, age 68, of Lapeer, died Friday, October 20, 2023.
Dale was born September 15, 1955, in Flint to Robert and Pauline (Case) MacGregor. He graduated from Carman High School, class of 1973. Dale went on to work with his father at the RJ MacGregor Company – custom stainless-steel fabricators. He owned and operated the company for the past 27 years. Dale was great with people – a great story-teller and definitely had the gift of gab – each quality served him well in his professional as well as his personal relationships. In his spare time Dale was a diverse and passionate individual “jack of all trades” sort: a gun enthusiast, pilot who raised silver fox. A true outdoorsman, Dale loved hunting, fishing and trapping. Above all, Dale’s pride and joy was his daughter, Danielle. He will be missed.
Dale is survived by his beloved daughter, Danielle MacGregor of Lapeer; sister, Kerry MacGregor of Flint; brother, Lynn MacGregor of Winter Springs, FL and his grand-dog, Mojo. Dale is also survived by dear friends: Rick & Patti Riccelli, Tim Barker and John Clark. He was preceded in death by his aforementioned parents.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. In keeping with Dale’s wishes no formal service will take place. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Condolences and memories may be left at www.MuirBrothersLapeer.com.
