ANDERSON, Gary – of Davison, age 81, passed away on October 19, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held 1PM Monday, October 24, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Robert Taylor officiating. Interment will take place following the service in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 11AM until the time of service on Monday, October 24, 2022. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paradise Animal Rescue.
Gary was born in Flint, MI on July 26, 1941, son of the late Lawrence and M. Georgina (Middleton) Anderson. He was a graduate of Davison High School, class of 1959. He married Patrician Daugherty in 1962 and she preceded him in death on August 20, 2019. Gary was the owner and operator of CWA Manufacturing and Waco Manufacturing for 56 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and boating. His happy place was his family cabin.
Gary is survived by his daughter-in-law, Debra Anderson; granddaughter, Victoria “Tory” Anderson; sister-in-law, Leigh Anderson and family; loving girlfriend, Gloria Block and her children, Lori (Dave Baleau) VanSipe and family, and Rick (Brianne) Block and family, Chelsea (Dustin) Culhane and family, and Mark Besaw and family; special friend, Rick Brady and family; and his beloved dog, Charlie the “Rat”. He was preceded in death by his son, David Anderson; and brother, Eugene Anderson.
