Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 1:30 PM Thursday. Mrs. Ramsey-Williams will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday. |
