GAFFNEY, Vicki Sue – of Clio, age 78, died Thursday, December 31, 2020 at her residence. Honoring Vicki’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions can be made to Beta Sigma Phi.
Vicki was born December 31, 1942 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ralph and Lola (Clemens) Evans. She grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Dye High School with the class of 1960. Vicki continued her education at Mott Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Business. On August 31, 1963 she married Robert Gaffney in Genesee County. Prior to her retirement in 1993, she worked as an Executive Secretary at Mott Community College for a few years and then went on to GM as an Executive Secretary with 26.6 years of service. Vicki was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi for 60 years and held every office position. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
Surviving are: Husband of 57 years, Robert Gaffney; Sons, Robert Gaffney Jr., James Parker; Grandsons, Robert Gaffney III, Randall Gaffney.
