TATRO, Patricia June – of Montrose, age 79, passed away, Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 400 N. Saginaw Street, Montrose. Fr. Anthony Brooks officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery in Flint. The family will receive visitors at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose on Tuesday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and at the church on Wednesday from 10AM until the time of Mass at 11AM. A Rosary will be prayed 7PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Patricia was born October 10, 1939 in Glendale, California to the late Wendell and June (Moore) Roush. She grew up in Flint and graduated from Northern High School with the class of 1957. On May 23, 1959 she married Ronald G. Tatro in Flint, Michigan. Prior to her retirement in 1989 she was a Bookkeeper for Gruener Sales. Patricia was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Montrose and a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxilliary Post # 5666 in Flushing, Michigan. She was also a member of the Bunco Club. Patricia enjoyed her dogs and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Husband, Ronald; Daughters: Wendy J. Tatro, Amy L. Tatro, Elizabeth A. (Paul) Crist; Grandchildren: Arica Sageman, Amanda Siple, Dustin (Sarah) Walker, Ronald J. Tatro, Cheyenne Reed, Ashley (Eric) LePres, Jennifer (Raider) Graessler, Sarah (Nathan) Osborn; Great Grandchildren: Taylor, Tanner, Miley, Sophie, Ben, Bryson, Reagan, Sparrow, Jack, Ian, Stella, William, Kaia, Sammie, and 1 on the way; Great Aunt, Patricia Shaw; Siblings: Candy, Tom, Jerry, Tim; Special friends: Judy (Raymond) Pfeifer and Vivan (Bill Korth) and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: Father, Wendell Roush; Mother, June Bassett; Sister, Leslie; Dearest Friend, Linda Taylor; Grandparents: Eugene (Florence) Roush and aunts and uncles: Jean Maslak and John (Betty) Roush.
