Hank was born in Ashland, PA on February 4, 1936, son of the late Henry and Phyllis (Szymanski) Fracalossi. Hank graduated from GMI/Kettering. During that time, he met the love of his life, Connie. They shared 53 years together before her passing on June 17, 2011. He took a “temporary” job at a small truck dealership called C&S Motors, delivering parts to support his wife and children in the late 50’s. He went on to buy the business 20 years later. Until his passing, Hank was the Chairman of the Board of C & S Motors/Idealease of Flint/Tri-County International Trucks. In his 65+ years working in the industry his greatest joy, other than his family, were the people he met and developed friendships with, which he cherished deeply. He was proud to have many of his family working alongside him in the business. Hank had been nominated several times as Dealer of the Year and understood that everyone on the team was the reason he was recognized. He was proud of the people he worked with and was a mentor to many. Hank made many friends in his years of service in the transportation industry.

Hank always enjoyed a good meal with family and friends. His hobbies were cooking, collecting old cars, planting trees, landscaping his yard and attending the many charity events he sponsored in Flint. His drive and relentless work ethic motivated the people he led. Everyone that knew Hank had their own special relationship with him. Many people would light up when his name was mentioned because they knew Hank in their own unique way.

Hank loved and respected the City of Flint. He often gave back to the community which he believed afforded him the many opportunities and beautiful life he enjoyed. Quite often he would say “Flint has been good to me…”

Hank is survived by his loving children: Scott (Annette), Kim, Todd (Jenni), Kurt (Bob), Brad (Daniel). Grands: Terese (Dane), Derek, Trisha, Kaiti, Logan (Katelynn), Eric (Shelly) and Brandon. Greats: Tyson, Maverick, Zander, Howard and Theordore. His sister: Eileen (Tom) Quealy and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his son Eric, daughter-in-law Carol and Chet.
