Roger L. Baker, age 86, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023.
Roger Laurin Baker, age 86 passed away on January 27, 2023 in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Roger was born on October 8, 1936 in Hollywood, California to the late Theodore and Isabel Baker. Roger graduated from the General Motors Institute and worked at the Ted Baker Dealership in Fillmore, California, Buick Engineering, GM Proving Ground in Milford, Michigan, GM Desert Proving Ground in Mesa Arizona. He was a member of the Central Christian Church in Mesa, Arizona and member of the Buick Retirees Club and Flint Mastersingers. Roger was a wonderful man and will be deeply missed he is survived by his wife of 58 years, Suzanne P. Baker; sister, Kathleen E. Baker; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Stanley W. Baker; sister, Carol B. Wahl. Inurnment will be held at Bardsdale Cemetery in Bardsdale, California. A memorial services will be held on February 11, 2023, 12:00pm with memorial visitation beginning at 10:30am, at Hill Funeral Home 71123 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439 . In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Genesee County Humane Society in memory of Roger.
